Corrections are part of the record.
If you believe a page contains an error, use the Submit a Claim form and include the affected URL, disputed statement and strongest available supporting source. The submission remains private while it is reviewed.
Material corrections should be dated and described on the affected record. Small typographical fixes that do not change meaning may be corrected without a formal note.
